Geez I recall it wasnt to long ago the lamenting on the board here about our baseball facilities and the impediment it was to recruiting good players. Looking over the ovc teams records, ours is the best. Not to mention we have been certainly been competitive with other out of conference quality programs.

It's not complicated in D1 athletics, coaching and recruiting/evaluation are paramount. They will overcome a lot of hurdles.
