While I'm in withdrawal from the Ja effect, I want to ask you astute Racer's about whom you believe will be pre-season POY for 2019-2020. If you could, list from 1-5 possible candidates.
NOTE: It's going to be so much fun following Ja in his pro career. We'll be doubly-blessed watching the Racers and Ja at the same time...

Without looking into it, all I can think of is Terry Taylor from the P. and the big center at Belmont.

Is Dove back for Martin?  If so, I'd throw him in the mix.

It will be Taylor if I were betting.

Don't know if he will be listed on the pre season list but the coaches son at Martin was all freshman team in the ACC his only year at Pitt I believe.

I can't imagine anyone getting preseason POY other than Taylor at this point.  I also think it would take someone having a significantly better season than him for him not to take POY honors... the league needs him to be POY to try to save a little face about making him Freshman of the year over Ja.

I think the big guy at Belmont will be pre season POY, but my vote would be for Taylor. I wish he was in a Racer uniform.

He scored 29 points in the first half of quarterfinals against JSU and nobody but me saw it.  Wonder if he has more of that in him.
It\'s not easy being the best, but around here it\'s tradition.
