Saturday's opponent

Reading their message board they have 4 returning starters from an NCAA tourney team. They also mentioned a transfer that would be eligible. A tough opponent to start the season.

If anyone is interested they are on ESPN + tonight against Western Carolina. Western Carolina just made their 1st field goal with 12 and a half minutes left in 1st half.

I noticed Wright State smoked Western Carolina in the first half but were outscored by 3 and gave up 47 in the 2nd half.

I guess you misunderstood my post so I'll say it again. Wright State was outscored by 3 and gave up 47 points in the second half. Sure they won the game because they smoked WC in first half.

Should be a great matchup and awesome test out of the gate for the Racers. Just hope I get to watch it this time...

Speaking of EKU Smidge, does anyone know why Mayo did not leave as a grad transfer. I am pretty sure he was eligible and why would a player of his caliber want to stay on that team? Maybe it is just that he is loyal and wants to lead the team and has all those great characteristics we all want in a player. That being said I would loved for him to transfer to us, think of how scary this team would be with that guy in the frontcourt.

Looked good. I would compare it to CBS Sports. I appreciated the OVC Network, but this is much better.

Wright State emptied their bench and played 3 freshmen most of the second half. They could have left their starters in and won by 50.
