Saw this on the OVC board and looked kinda fun.  Feel free to join in and rank the OVC arenas 1-10.

1.  Show Me Center- Incredible facility, all chairback, and intimate.  I can remember Racer games there in the early 2000's as a youngster and seem to remember great crowds.  Fans were friendly there as well.  Heck when you sit down and look to your right and surprisingly see Houston Nutt, that's pretty sweet, didn't like that Redhawk sweater though.  Don't know why this program stinks as Cape seems like a cool town as well.

2.  Dunn Center- Although Peay fans are hateful, the rivalry is awesome and we bring several fans.  The experience is a good one, me and my buddy sat at the top of the upper deck this past year and it felt like we were still on top of the action.  With that being said, I don't like the fact that most of the seating is in the upper deck.  Don't care for the concession stand set up but hey great college basketball atmosphere and I love the fact they hate us soooo much.

3. CFSB Center- This facility is simply too nice to rate any lower.  Awesome, first class facility and nice concession stand set up.  However the upper deck seats are waaay to far back and the bleacher seats stink.  Could've been constructed better.  I love the fact I smell dominance and greatness as soon as I walk in, and we gotta another banner hangin' fellas.

4. Gentry Center- Band is awesome, crowd is awesome, boy they miss Carlos and Tim though.  Lots of chairback seats is a good thing, very enjoyable experience.  

5. Hooper Eblen Center-  Neat place, unique build, lighting stinks.  Cool place to watch the game kinda has a "throw back feel to it," and I love the round, all the way around seating.

6.  Elam Center-  Some may be surprised this is so high, but it's only a 40 minute drive from Murray and man you can get great seats right on top of the action, I might right on top of the action!  Poor facility but a good place to catch some basketball in your face!


7. The Big Johnson-  Looks a lot like Racer Arena so I can't rate it any lower.



8. Pete Matthews Col.- Never been but doesn't look half bad on T.V., although small

9. McBrayer Arena- Probably not a good thing if the closest seat to the action is on the other side of campus.

10. Lantz Gym- Very small yet if I remember correctly, most of the seating is in the upper deck

Is anybody else excited about playing Kentucky tonight?  I figured this game would create some excitement.  I am so glad they are playing this game at Brooks Stadium, rather then the goat ranch, haha.  I don't know how the players could possibly not get a little more excited for this one.  Kentucky is the flagship university, the commonwealth's team.  The only school in our state, in which it doesn't matter what city you are born in, from Pikeville to Paducah, everyone is brought together by the love of blue.   But on this hallowed night... I must root for Murray State.
