What happened or caused the demise of the OVC?  Just curious.

I don't know why but I was able to watch on ESPN+ when others real close to me were blacked out.  I live in Ky within 70 miles of Murray.

I don't understand the argument with all the transferring each year?    Isn't every team in the exact same boat with this?  Murray has tradition an expectation to compete.    We will get the talent and we will be in the mix.    Our NCAA drought will be less than it was between Prohms last one and McMahons 1st one. 3years.

An example of what I'm saying about transferring.  In this day and time, would Ja have been at Murray State for his second season?  Maybe, maybe not.

This all started last year (IMO) last year when they lost the huge 2nd half lead I think against (EIU).  Lost a couple of big leads but held on an then lost to Belmont in the Championship.  Players have to produce but coaches have to put them in the right place to be successful.  We get beat on simple back door plays, other teams kill us on out of bounds plays, and honestly ours never seem to work very well.  It's fixable but attitudes of players/coaches have to change/adapt.  Probably gonna have to hit rock bottom before that takes place, and that may happen by ends of the year

I guess it's safe to say Morehead has improved way more than we have.  Not sure this team will be in OVC tournament

We need some points in the paint.  And some offensive rebounds would help.

Gave another one away.  Last three possessions, Ill advised 3, when we had the lead.  TO by Brown, and as always a poor shot at the end.  This team is hard to watch.  We lose to Belmont in every close game.

Belmont BB IQ is much higher than ours,  TO's are killers.  To win we have to blow it open, if close they will win it.

Eastern Ky has given written notice it is leaving the OVC.  Jacksonville State has given verbal notice.  I have heard EKU intends to join the A-Sun conference

Not able to watch game but just looked at stats.  We shot 98 shots, 35 were 3's. JSU shot 72 times.  JSU 18-22 at line, MSU 11-21.  College basketball players should be able to hit 3-4, actually 4-5.  Don't understand lack of focus of the team, but appears a lack of focus of the coaching staff. Very frustrating year.

Fell apart again.

Our out of bounds plays under the basket are awful.  To many turnovers, to much one on one.  Put Hill on the bench.
