got the heck out of Peay before they have another sub .500 season and he is stuck there

wrong that he is getting the heck out of Peay or wrong that with a couple more sub .500 seasons that he would be struck there?

There is a reason good coaches don't stay at FCS level long. one bad injury to a key player a year or two in a row and stock drops quickly

Or they get a better opportunity elsewhere. From what I've read, Charlotte will pay Healy more in one year than we could have the remainder of his contract.

Nice hire by them. He was successful at D2 North Alabama.

Good hire and like what I've read about him so far. The vacated wins kinda concerns me but from what I read, that had a lot more to do with one of his assistants and not him personally. Although, a lot of that IMO does fall on the head coach as well. Interested to see how the press conference goes today.
