I doubt our coaches are ignoring him. He is at a lot of our games. He seems to have become friends with some of our players. He was at the game tonight.

For what it’s worth we made the top 7 choices. I’d crap my pants if we see him playing in a Racer uniform.

This feels a lot like when Tatum was playing up here at Chaminade. I think SLU made his final list, but wasn’t any chance he was going there, I took it more as a nice gesture to the university in the area. Now, SLU also didn’t have Ja Morant or anything like that so it’s not a direct comparison of course. Doubt we have any chance to land him, but awesome to see us on that list!! Wow!

Hey, who would have thought he would play for a rural school like Marshall County. This kid does not make the decisions everyone thinks he will make. So, I think we might have more of a shot than some may think with the way CMM builds relationships with these young guys. :goracers:

Racers would be a good choice for him. His size will keep him from being a big time D1 player. He will get many offers but will not be successful if he goes big time. He is not as good as UHA’s Tandy and Tandy is not getting put as he wanted. He could be a good player in the OVC

From what I have seen of Harmon, its the combination of the lack of size and the lack of elite athleticism that will hurt him at some o the bigger schools. That said, he has solid handles, good vision, and quick trigger and hits tough shots. If his attitude is right, and the there is a fit, i would have no problem with him here.

He is not as good as Tandy from UHA from last year. He is small but is strong. He will never go to a school where he is the number one option

Went to the regional final and Jackson was far and away the better of the two. Zion is quick, but small.

Would still love to have both.

Seems like a good guy. Believe he could get a scholarship at any school on his list. The major question that needs to be answered is if he wants to go to a school where he starts, and is a major part of the offense, or if he will be satisfied to be a backup. I believe he would be successful at any of the schools, if given the opportunity. However, I see Kansas, and Louisville taking him for depth behind a guard with more height. No doubt he is very talented, and will be making a hard decision. I wish him much success.

UL has moved on. Looking like it’s down to Seton Hall and Western. I have no idea about any monkey business but I can guarantee one striking difference between us and Western, we don’t pay.

Maryland appears to want him and seems to have some connections there but I haven’t really seen them on the hot list.

Wonder if he'll be back at Marshall next year?

I watched him in several games this year and I am left wondering about the hype. He is a solid guard, much stronger and quicker than most HS kids. I have not been that impressed with his court vision and his shot is streaky. To give him credit there were not that many great options to receive passes.

I also took in the regional finals game and was not that impressed with anyone in the game to be completely honest. There were flashes here and there but nothing I saw said, "MAN we have to have this kid in blue and gold next year!"

Also, the Marshall Co kid (Stokes?) was fouled at the end of regulation, should have been on the line shooting FT's to go to the nonexistent state tourney.

Harmon just made official - WKU bound.

Would have loved to see a highly recruited PG come to MSU, but let's face it - PGs dont come to Murray.
Guards come to Murray State to learn how to become PGs.

Let the Blanch vs Harmon comparisons begin.
