Glad to see he did well in the All Star game. Hope he continues to do well. Nothing but a class act, and will most likely get to play a lot next year.

Who did well in the All-Star game?

Charles Brown III, was the MVP in the Misssissippi Junior College and Community Collese All Star Game. He averaged 12.4 points, and 5.6 rebounds per game for his team in the regular season. I am glad that he is doing well.

Nothing against him but are y'all serious? He signed with Incarnate Word of the Sourhland Conference. If that's the level player we want now, well then, my how the mighty have fallen.

Just a minute, I didn't read anybody say that was the level of player we wanted or anybody calling him all world talent. I just said we could have used him this season and that's a fact. Outside of Miller he would have easily been our best post player. Now is he the level of player that we are used to having when we dominate? Hell no, but again that really wasn't the point. Yes, my how the mighty have fallen.

Point taken. My point is that we never should have signed him to begin with. Again, nothing against him but he wasn't the level of talent we should be signing. I'm pretty sure we agree here.

Total agreement. The downturn in talent is why we are at the lowest point we've been in in 30 years AND to think we had fans on this very forum calling this year's team our deepest ever. Lmao, WEAKEST ever.

Rajon Rondo broke his thumb in game 2 of the playoffs vs the Celtics, this should mean Sip moves up the bench.

Yeah, or they reactivate Cam. Either way, MCW and Grant are probably above both of them on the depth chart. Butler and Wade can (and do) serve as the primary ball handler as well. I'm not too hopeful this translates to playing time for either of our guys.

Yeah, if Rondo can't go then either Cam or Sip will dress, but I doubt either will see the court except in a garbage time situation.

MCW can't throw it in the ocean from deep. I do not know his defensive ability but if Thomas abuses him, and I think he will, Sip may get some time.
