Breanna Boggs (6-2 – Houston County HS, Erin, TN – 2016)
Boggs was one of the more physical posts at the combine. She did a good job posting to the ball hard and making herself available as a scoring post option. Once she received the ball in the post she did a solid job of gathering and making well-balanced moves to the rim. Boggs lacks elite level foot speed and explosion, this will cause her problems on the defensive end at the next level. We like her long-term as a mid-major post.

Breanna is a physical, long post who runs well and has a soft touch. Breanna has good hands and rarely lets rebounds in her area escape. Breanna projects to be a solid prospect and is working to use her combination of size, strength and touch to become a powerful post player who finishes at a high percentage.

Class of 2020: Shelby Newland, Rockcastle County HS. Shelby's grandma is the best friend of Big Sisty Ugler. She is a Jr High star in Rockcastle County and is getting her share of varsity minutes. I will go to watch Shelby Sat night in the Nelson County invite against Estill County. Grandma is serious about hoops and says Shelby is "good."

Richards has been steadily improving her ability to run the floor lately, helping her to contribute to the overall success of her team on both ends of the floor. She is surprisingly quick with the execution of her spin moves towards the basket and is more that comfortable shooting from the high Post or even beyond the arc. Murray State Racer fans can expect an incoming effective rebounder that isn’t afraid to get after loose balls.

Riverton Parke senior Jessica Organ made a verbal commitment this week to play basketball at Division I Murray State.
Organ, who has helped RP to a 19-5 regular-season record, averages 12.2 points, 3.2 assists and 3.2 steals for the Panthers this season. RP set a new school record for consecutive wins this season with a 12-game win streak.
Organ ranks second behind Evansville standout Sara Dickey on the Panthers' all-time assist list and third on the school's all-time list for made 3-pointers. Her single-game career-high performance is 35 points.
Organ chose Murray State over Valparaiso and Penn. Organ also has a 4.04 grade-point average. In March, Organ will play in the Indiana Elite North/South game.
Organ is a two-time All Wabash River Conference performer. Organ said that some of the main factors in her choice were the coaches and players, the friendly, family atmosphere, and support for the program in the community.
“Murray State is the best fit for me," Organ said. "We had a great visit and it felt just like home when I first stepped on campus. Everyone in the basketball program is dedicated to winning and success on and off the court, and there is a real, wonderful family atmosphere. I believe it’s a place that I can earn a great education and contribute on the court, and I can’t wait to get started."
